  I had a frustrating experience trying to mail a single package here. After getting a label and going thru a process of entering information, I was then told that I had to twice sign on a two-page fine-print document at the end of this process. It was so much text that I told them I would need an attorney to actually agree to it. When I declined to sign this document, she quickly snatched off the sticker on my box and refused to go any further. I ended up taking it to Fedex later with no problems. The cost was also noticeably less there than it would have been at this "UPS Store".
  
  I will never attempt to do business with this place again. Whatever is in that "required" agreement for them to accept a piece of mail is as absurd as the service here. My completed payment and verbal intent of providing all of the information that I was asked should be enough.

  Went there to return a package and they would not tape my box. They wanted me to puchase tape. I had one box that needed one strip. I told them I would go to the one by my my house who gladly does this as a courtesy. Ups Westgate would rather have a customer walk out than keep a customer happy. Lady at the front, not so nice.
