  I wouldn't even give it one star.. I sent a few packages to my sister and her son and i was told they tried to deliver but business closed when it's not a business and she was home. No notice was left like they said. Then told they can't find it and then told they have it and will deliver and never did. Made a case and found out that they said it was resolved when it wasnt... over 60$ gone and one package is about to get delivered and know it will be lost to. I swear what the hell is wrong with you people! Fix the damn issues and listen to people so you can be better or if you want to be horrible then shut down and stop screwing up and losing our packages. And be honest and polite damn not hard. I want my damn money back..
