  This theatre has always been nice even from the get-go. I like the new and advanced seats and the open room in the individual theaters. Honestly I would have given a full 5 stars if it weren't for the lack of policy they have. My fiance and I just went to see a late night showing (9:50-12:50) and a full family comes in and sits next to us (designated seats and all that jazz) with their kids. 4 OF THEM. EACH UNDER 4 YEARS OF AGE. They were loud, talkative, obnoxious, and just overall rude. To make it worse the dad was on his bright phone most if the movie. They barely spoke English so it was difficult for me to get them to shut up.
  
  Biltmore Grade, children under the age of 12 should not be allowed in any late night showing, period. Make it a rule guys.
