  Locally owned. Let's keep our downtown that way. Many author talks and a small coffee etc lunch bar, like Starbucks but not. Cell phones off and no backpacks. (Put at desk.) Good selection if books esp local authors and historical if the area but most anything for a smallish place. Nice owners. Shop local and unchain Asheville!
