  Apparently this is not actually an urgent care office anymore. They are "transitioning" over to a normal practice. I was not informed of this until I had given the, extremely rude receptionist, my insurance information. The woman was very condescending and abrupt, especially considering the fact that she was speaking with a potential new patient. As far as dental work goes, I personally need to feel very comfortable with the staff as well as the dentist, and the impression that I got from this phone call was that they lack in bedside manner and comfortable is the last thing that I would feel in their care. I would not waste your time on this practice.
