  Had a car that would not start, turned over but wouldn't start. Then next day it started fine. Dropped it off at Curtis for them to give a look. After 2 days and hearing nothing from them we called it see if they had looked at the car. They said come pick it up, no problems found. Nothing? So we picked it up and took it to Discount auto, they put a computer code reader on the car, took about 10 seconds. It said there had been a fault with the crankshaft position sensor. $28 dollar part. If it failed the car would crank but not start. Hmmmm.
  Curtis never checked the car with a reader(ten second job) never called us about anything. Not what we felt was anything close to competent service. At least they didn't charge us for that service, thus two stars...
