  Worse customer service I've ever had. Made us wait in line for over 2 hours at 2:30am just to get to the counter. Then over charged us $170 dollars. The guy at the counter said our bill would reflect the difference in price. Then when it didn't, we emailed them our complaint and they said we agreed to it. Then refuse to show us the complete billing breakdown. Not only that but our car wasn't even nice - it was all beat up, the check engine and the airbag lights were on, and the radio didn't even work. I'll never rent from them again.
