  I rented a compact car for a day trip. I had never rented from Budget Rent A Car Before. Usually when I rent from Enterprise or Hertz I get a shiny new car. I showed up and I did rent a compact car. They gave me a Nissan Versa. I had nothing against it being a Nissan or a Versa. The problem was the car. It had duck tape marks on the doors of the car. It had dents all over the car. The windows both inside and outside were filthy. There was some sort of writing on the windows. The car looked so bad that the person who dropped me off commented, "What a piece of junk." When I went to Tennessee, my friend commented, "Your car....wow!" The car did run all right. I just was shocked that they would give me a car that looked so bad and I wondered if it had been in some sort of accident since there was ducktape on the doors like they had to ducktape the doors together at some point. Angela at the service desk was very helpful and nice. No complaints about the service, just the vehicle itself.
