  I HIGHLY recommend working with Sara Mills at the Acupuncture Center of Asheville. I was new to acupuncture when I decided to see Sara for my knees. They have been a constant source of pain for several years after injuring both several times. The progress Sara has made on my knees has been incredible - I can run again!!Through our treatments we expanded it and have worked with stress, focus, sinuses, digestion, back pain, etc. and it has been a life changing experience. I am still amazed how drastically I would feel a physical shift from the beginning to the end of a session. Working with Sara has been a blessing. She is attentive, knowledgeable, warm, and has beautiful insight. The setting is tranquil and lovely. I cannot speak highly enough of Sara Mills and the Acupuncture Center of Asheville.
