  Some major issues during our stay. Arrived to dirty stained sheets covered with curly hairs. No hot water for 2 days. After hours support phone line never responded to give us new sheets. Had to sleep on blanket we brought on road trip. No appologies in the morning. Floor sticky, Fridge sticky. Floor under love seat filthy. Beautiful room, could be great. Breakfasts were great. Manager and innkeeper worthless. Waited 20 minutes to be shown to room due to some emergency with another guests massage. Then they toured a guest who arrived after us. Hair on toilet seat up upon arrival. We attempted to contact owner but manager or innkeeper never answered our requests for contact information. What a shame, could be great place. We hope they turn it around.
