  I would give them 0 stars if I could...I went in for a simple right front daytime running light to be changed. They replaced it, didn’t install it properly, and it wiggled loose. It melted my entire headlight assembly, and they blamed it on the bulb.
  
  They then sent me to Volkswagen customer service where I had over a 30 min wait just to talk to a representative...they eventually took my info and called me back 3 days later after they called the service representive. They were so kind to tell me they we’re willing to place place the $1 bulb, but unfortunately the $400 Assembly was somehow my fault..........
  
  I genuinely feel bad for anyone that has to deal with John Stephen Svitilla, as this was the service advisor I was forced to talk to. I badly wish I knew which idiot tech installed the bulb the first time. For the love of god don’t take take your car here unless you dgaf who touches it.
