  I have had 3 visits at The Runner's Mechanic with physical therapist Miriam Nelson. I am definitely not a runner, but a friend who is recommended I go to see Miriam for chronic neck, back, and hip muscle tension problems I've had for years. I have spent a small fortune on massage trying to get relief, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to check out another therapy. Miriam did "dry needling" on several of my affected muscles during the first visit, and I was able to sleep on my side pain free for the first time in years! In the 2 subsequent visits, she has released tension in my neck, my face, my shoulders, and my back is even feeling better. I have been living all knotted up for so long, I didn't even realize how bad it was until Miriam was able to give me relief. There are not words to describe how much better I feel after just 3 visits! I would definitely recommend checking out The Runner's Mechanic and experiencing the amazing benefits of "dry needling" yourself!

  Miriam is a wealth of knowledge and a pleasure to work with! She's helped keep me running on many occasions. She is a go to for anyone with a injury, ESPECIALLY if the injury is reoccurring!
