  Trying out the Monday morning breakfast buffet at the Hilton Hotel in Biltmore Park. Pretty decent selections from made-to-order omlettes to bacon, sausage and potatoes to waffles, pancakes and French toast to grits, biscuits & gravy, to steel cut oatmeal and a full fruit, yogurt, granola & cereal bar to pastries and muffins. The $15.95 all-you-can-eat price includes all your beverages, like coffee ($2.75) and orange juice ($3.50), along with a FREE USA Today newspaper ($2.00) and a Wall Street Journal ($4.00). Net price for a complete breakfast... $3.70. Local cage-free eggs and local jams & jellies. What a great value!

  The smiles and hospitality of the people make you feel like old friends. The food is delicious,...especially the breakfast buffet. We really enjoyed Robert and Kelly at the Roux.
