  I went to aerial dance workshop at Pilates Performance, and wow, it was an amazing experience! I learned so much in this workshop, and Sandi was the best teacher. She had great advice and instructions for dealing with injuries, and preventing injuries. She's also hilarious and makes you feel totally comfortable. I would recommend to anyone, new or experienced.
