  UPDATE 5/16/2018** After my review I posted yesterday, Mr. Peterson decided to actually call us back requesting yet again pictures of the serial # and model etc. My husband explained to him our frustration and that we have sent him the pictures to him multiple times since December. He said he doesn't know what to do but he would need the pictures. We told him we are done with this, and that I would like my money back. He refused to return the $75 I paid him for the work that WAS NEVER DONE. I contacted the warranty company and he WILL be removed from their vendor list. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING MR. PETERSON. He kept trying to hang up on us when we were trying to explain our frustration and just said ok bye. There should be a way to give zero stars..
  
  5/15/2018 - Funny how in looking through all of the reviews for Mr. Peterson the 1-2 stars are for those customers using their Home Warranty.. We have been trying to get our washing machine and dish washer fixed from My. Peterson since before Thanksgiving. He complained that we live so far outside of Asheville and that he typically does not service outside of Asheville. Well after a few weeks and a few after 6:00 phone calls with him he made it out to the house on a Saturday. He was a nice man and so was the other guy with him he seemed to know what he was doing and even climbed behind our washing machine. He said he would submit the issues to the warranty company and let us know. Well some time went by a few games of phone tag later he was able to let us know what the warranty would cover and that the parts were ordered.. well here we now are in the middle of May and still nothing. washing machine is still broken and our dishwasher is missing parts Every time we try to contact Mr. Peterson it goes straight to voicemail. At this point all I want is my money back from Mr. Peterson. The warranty company is having a difficult time contacting him as well. So much for wanting to go with a small business owner... Seems if you are nearby in Asheville he does great work but once he has to go outside of Asheville.... good luck.
