  As a first time home buyer, working with Eric Albee at Mosiac was a dream come true. Eric was thoughtful, strategic and honest with us. His professionalism combined with his laid back demeanor made our house shopping nearly stress free. He was knowledgeable about everything from the history of neighborhoods, to the county's tax situation, to what types of loans we were eligible for, to what kind of flooring/roofing/molding/etc. each house had. He is a true professional and we are so happy with our Black Mountain bungalow! Thanks again Eric!

Mike Figura, with Mosaic Realty, is a professional as well as a great person. He kept my real estate interest and my budget in the forefront of every transaction. He has gone out of his way to get me the house I was looking for at the price that I needed. He has also sold several of my remodeled homes and got me the best price I could get. Actually better than I expected! Do yourself a favor and pick Mike as your Asheville Realtor. You will be glad you did.
