  Mission has abandoned over 800,000 people with BCBSNC as of today, because they are greedy. But, you are in-network in case of an emergency. Tell me please, is it the greedy administrators who determine the degree of emergency and when is the emergency declared over? Just in time to be billed out of network of course. Mission has gobbled up every doctor in the area with their mission mafia tactics, so basically every doctor was forced into their network. Great job Mission, you have alienated most of the people in Western North Carolina.
