  As a hard & fast rule, I NEVER give 5 star reviews. Because, let's face it, who or what on earth is absolutely PERFECT? But I must say, I am so impressed with the quality of the teas offered by the Maté Factor tea company that I am breaking my self-imposed rule. It's so hard to find a packaged chai mix that is high quality and isn't heavy on the black pepper or ginger (and skimpy on the cardamom) — but Maté Factor Chai is a great mix. PERFECT! 5 STARS! Thank you!
