  I have been going to Exercise Smart 1on1 for about 6 months. I love it!!
  
  I feel stronger and have muscle definition I have never been able to achieve on my own. I work primarily with Tedd and he is great. He encourages me to push a little harder even when I want to quit. I have also worked with Hope and he is wonderful too.
  
  I do not have a lot of time to spend in a gym, so this 30 minute workout (and I do mean workout!!) fits my schedule.
  
  I am 49 years old. Before working out at Exercise Smart 1on1, I had a lot of back pain and general aches when I did just about anything around my house. Now I cut the grass and am pain free when I am done. I completed a 5k trail run in May and never got sore...I just felt great. Yea.
  
  Overall, I just much better about my health and my ability to stay/feel young (which is important since we have an 11 year old daughter).
