  Have been a patient for several years, and I really like the staff and Dr. Sylvanus, who has been wonderful in attempting to figure me out. The staff has always been friendly and have made sure I'm comfortable while waiting. I don't find that the phone isn't answered, though it is a machine, and I've almost always had someone call me back that day if I called early enough.
  
  All in all, this practice has been almost perfect for me, and it's close to me in Leicester!
