  What a wonderful attorney, and team! Jay, Melissa and Lisa were the best in a workers comp case that I had been dealing with and quite nervous about. However, Jay took the time to listen to me and my concerns, was willing to work with me on any questions I might have, and calmed my nerves from the day I met with him! Melissa was always keeping me informed of all events (as well as Jay emailing me when he had a question!), also making sure that I was comfortable in any meeting there! She was so comforting in making me at ease! Lisa was a dear by helping me out when Jay or Melissa might be out of the office at the time I dropped by! PLEASE retain Jay Kerr for any cases you might have, because I, for one, can state right here and now, he was the ONLY attorney in Asheville to take a chance on me, and help me settle my case!
