  Helzberg diamonds has officially lost my business. I have been a customer since 2008. They offers a diamond trade in option. But won't honor there on policy. I visited the store today to trade in a ring bought in the local store ( same store the ring was bought at ). Was told I couldn't trade it in because it was bought more than a year prior. NO where is it noted that there is a time limit on the trade in policy. Policy is policy if there are stipulations they need to be posted. If there not going to honor there on policy they shouldnt advertise it! MAD..
