  Insuring a phone is cheaper than others but their quality control on phones is awful. For the second time, GeekSquad shipped a defective phone. The first time, it had a cracked screen . . . not something you should miss. The second instance involved sending a phone that went black with 2 hours of use. Fortunately, I did not send the old phone back yet.
  
  BTW, they say they don't do next day delivery however, I called on Sunday and had a replacement on Tuesday.
