  I have a degree in Business Administration and management and was shocked by the lack of management in this place. I also noticed quickly that the wait staff seem to have a negative unfriendly attitude towards me. I later found out that this was cuz I didn't spend enough money. They were never friendly to me for the entire week I was a member, then one of them greeted me at the door and told me I was barred because I didn't spend enough money there and was only coming to play free pool. I asked if I could speak to the owner but I was not allowed to. The wait staff were just terrible to me because they didn't like serving soft drinks because they didn't make as much money off them. They also chastised me for coming to shoot pool during the times the tables are free, yet I came there to shoot pool every day of the week fees or not. Very strange click between the wait staff, all three of these gals seemed rather cold and unfriendly to me. They didn't like me I guess. Everyone else was wonderful. Still never got to talk to the owner or anyone other than a waitress. It seems to me that the waitresses must run the place because a person can't have their say or tell their side of a story. It was all very strange and clanish. When I told this to the acquaintances I had made at Frazier's over the week I had been there, we all decided to go shoot pool at a better place.
  I had to pay a membership fee to get in yet it doesn't seem that this fee allowed me any rights to anything, I was not given any kind of warning, nor was I permitted to speak on my behalf, and never was informed that I needed to spend a certain minimum amount of money to remain I member. I thought that when you paid for a membership that contractually you had a right to something.
  
  Last night one of these unpleasant wait staff came over to me as I was minding my own business and insisted that I tell her what kind of car I drive. I asked her why she wanted to know. She said somebody had parked in the lot next door and that they would be towed and that she was trying to help me out. I told her I didn't have any cars parked over there or on the premises. She then got angry at me because I didn't tell her what kind of car I personally owned. I didn't need her help nor is it her business to know what kind of cars I own. She had a real attitude. These female wait staff try to bully males who don't spend enough money and accuse me of coming for a free pool only yet I shot pool every day of the week whether it was free or not. Their complaints were made up excuses and it shows what little control the owner has in this business. The wait staff work together to push people they don't like out. I was also very sad to find out that this establishment had nothing to eat. So, a group of us go to other places now to shoot pool because if you're interested in pool, this is the worst place to go because the tables are the smallest and there are only two so you may have to wait a while to play. The place gets a bit noisy and crowded since it is so small and people are constantly walking by the pool tables which makes it hard shoot pool too.
