  Walked in here yesterday (10/5) 10 minutes before closing. We were aware of this but just wanted to see what you had in your store really quick. The girl working did not look up to say hi. She never acknowledged us at all. We quickly walked back toward the door again she just continued gathering her things like she was ready to go. Never said thanks for stopping in or anything. When I walked out I made sure to shut the door extra hard. Only then did that get her attention and she finally looked up and out the window completely clueless as to why I was upset. We returned to biltmore village to walk around all the shops today and bought a good deal of things. Too bad your workers lack of customer service made us keep walking by your store and skip giving you our business today. It merely takes a second to say hi.

  Fantastic selection of books, regional and local naturalist guides, etc. along with good nature writings. Equipment needed for outdoor activities of all sorts and good prices. Great place and nice folks too.
