  We highly recommend Peter as a buyers agent. He isa very active listener,h intuitive, professional and most thorough agent we have ever worked with. He previewed all houses, came fully prepared with land surveys, floor plans, knowledge of schools, recreation and area highlights as he knew that was important to us.
  
  When complications arose with funding, he was two steps ahead with alternative options thinking "out side the box", made recommendations and referals. GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET THINGS DONE.

  When we were buying our house in mid-2006, our agent (Peter van Rijssen) and the staff at The Bourke Group were amazing. They set-up all appointments for us, recommended qualified, competent contractors when needed, and made our closing a smooth and pleasant ordeal. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Peter and the rest of the staff again or recommend them to others!
