  I was new to acupuncture when I went to Blue Ridge Clinic. I am extremely pleased by James service – I did not know acupuncture could be used for “stress” – James eliminated a “sense of dread” I have lived with my entire life – reduced my cortisol levels and other hormone levels (as evidenced by recent blood panels) – eliminated lower back pain and returned my body and mind to a more balanced state. I am extremely pleased.
  
  Tera is “the best” massage therapist I have ever experienced and I have gone to dozens in my lifetime. I cannot recommend her highly enough. You will not be disappointed.
  
  I am very cautious about providers and their services – I want only the best and James and Tera are the best! They are warm, knowledgeable and give the best of themselves.
