  Professional and personal care. Fully explained my condition and treatment options in a very understandable way, and treated the problem professionally and compassionately. Contrary to previous postings, I found the office staff to be efficient, my nurse to be exceptionally kind and knowledgeable, and Dr. Szypczak to be very personable, professional and accomplished, and very diplomatic when talking about the first podiatrist I had seen who took no x-rays, hastily diagnosed but did not explain my condition and immediately recommended surgery, with no other options. Dr. Szypczak was just the opposite, and the resolution of my problem did not require surgery, and cost less than $200 as opposed to thousands of dollars for surgery.
