  I called wanting to speak to someone local... their call center all but refused to get me in contact with the local people. They took a message and said they would call me back which they did and I was unable to answer the call, so I had to call back to the call center since they wouldn't give me a direct number to the people in Asheville. When she asked me my budget and I told her she sounded in shocked anyone would order anything under $50. Terrible customer service. If we want people to shop local we're going to have to answer a local telephone especially when dealing with such personal services.
